Exchange & Return Policy

We are committed to providing the best online shopping experience for our customers. Therefore, we offer you the possibility of exchange or return within 30 days from the date of receiving your order, according to the following conditions:

Return and Exchange Conditions

  • The invoice or proof of purchase must be attached with the product to be exchanged or returned.

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged, it will be returned or exchanged without any additional shipping fees for the customer.

  • Returns or exchanges do not apply to products that have been opened, used, or lost their original packaging (unless there is a manufacturing defect).

Return Process

  • The customer must contact customer service within the 30-day period to submit a return or exchange request, attaching a photo or video showing the defect or issue with the product.

  • The request will be reviewed to ensure it meets the stated conditions.

  • Once a technical defect in the product is confirmed, the refund will be issued through the same payment method used by the customer, or a replacement product will be shipped based on the customer’s preference.

Returns for Non-Defective Products

  • If you wish to return a product that has no defects or issues, the return request will still be accepted, provided that the product meets all of the following conditions:

    • It must be securely packed exactly as it was received — including bubble wrap, foam, or any original protective materials.
    • It must be in the exact same condition as when it was delivered.
    • If the product was sealed, the seal must still be fully intact and untampered.
    • If the product was not sealed, the original packaging or box must be undamaged and in its original shape.

  • Please note that in this case, two delivery fees will be deducted from your refund: one for the original delivery and one for the return shipment back to us.

Important Notes

  • The return or exchange process may take 5 to 10 business days depending on shipping and payment procedures.

  • The store reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
