Replacement Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for [a replacement]. Please see below for more information on our replacement policy.​

  • Cancellation within 24 hours.


You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! But you must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. Just contact us requesting a cancellation to get a full refund. But if the item has already been delivered. you can only request a replacement if the item arrived damaged.

  • Replacements

All replacements must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All replacements items must damaged due to a manufacturing defect. Damage caused by misuse or mishandling is not covered, also you MUST HAVE the items packaging box with all original tags and labels attached.​

  • Replacement PROCESS

Just Contact Us with your order number or order information and a picture of your damaged order along side with the packaging for processing a return

    Please note, you will be responsible for all replacement delivery charges which ranges from 60-120 EGP depending on your location.
