Do you deliver all across Egypt?

Yes, Misr Mart proudly provides shipping all across Egypt! Whether you're in Greater Cairo or anywhere else in Egypt, we'll deliver your order to you.

How long does delivery take?

We provide a fast shipping, transit time typically ranges from 1-5 business days. depending on your location, and the fulfillment prior that takes 24 hours to 48 hours. Note that 90% of our orders gets delivered within a total of 1-3 business days Please read our Delivery Policy

How much is delivery? Where do you deliver to?

We deliver all across Egypt! Delivery fees vary depending on your location—if you're in Greater Cairo, it's on the lower end, while other governorates may have slightly higher rates. Typically, delivery ranges from 60-80 EGP. and only the red sea cities cost 120 EGP due to the higher rates of delivery

Can you tell me more about your Delivery process?

We keep a stock of our products ready for quick fulfillment. Once you place an order, we package it within 24 hours to ensure a fast dispatch. In rare cases where stock runs out, we do our best to restock quickly, which may extend fulfillment to 48 hours.

After packaging, we hand over your order to our trusted shipping company. Delivery times depend on your location:

Greater Cairo: Usually 1-2 days

Other governorates: Typically 2-5 days

I made a mistake on the delivery address, can I change it?

If you've entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us immediately with your order number and the correct information. We can only correct the address within 24 hours of receiving your request.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order in a deadline of 24 hours.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and a picture of the damaged product. We'll send you a replacement right away.

Will I receive my items in one package?

Yes! All your items will be packaged together in one order to ensure a smooth and convenient delivery.

What if my order contains pre-ordered or back-ordered items?

If your order includes pre-ordered or back-ordered items, we'll ship any available items immediately and the remaining items as soon as they become available. If you receive only a part of your order, don't worry, the rest will follow shortly. If there are any delays, feel free to contact us for assistance.

How many days to request a replacement? and how to request it ?

You have 30 days to request a replacement! Simply reach out to us by clicking on the WhatsApp icon at the bottom right corner or Contact Us via email– we’ll take care of the rest!

I recently purchased an item online and now it's discounted. Can I get the discounted price?

We understand it can be frustrating to see a recently purchased item discounted. Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively apply discounts to previous purchases. However, we frequently offer promotions and sales, so keep an eye out for future opportunities to save on your favorite items!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods to make your shopping experience convenient. You can pay for your order using major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, American Express, Diners, and Discover. Additionally, we offer alternative payment options such as CASH ON DELIVERY, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for added flexibility.

I have not received my refund yet, why is that?

If you're awaiting a refund, please allow some time for the transaction to process. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times. If it has been longer than expected and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us with your order details, and we'll investigate the issue promptly.

What currency will be used when I place my order?

All transactions on our website are processed in EGP (EGYPTIAN POUND) by default. However, if you're purchasing from a different country, your bank or payment provider may convert the amount to your local currency based on the current exchange rate. Please note that currency conversion fees may apply, depending on your financial institution's policies.
